love triangle.

Posted on August 29, 2011

“life is more fun when there’s three of us”.

That’s what she said this morning, after we’d spent the weekend being supremely lazy. I realised this morning, that this far down the road that we are, that the three of us is an institution I can trust. A staysafe, that’s ever-present and ever-loving.

In this little love triangle, we laugh, we experience, we sail-float-jump through life. I was just thinking this morning, how we’ve migrated from a “just the two of us” theme song, to a sing along rhyme of three…how that’s happened without too much consternation, and how we’ve adjusted to this life sublime.

This life of love. Lucky, lucky us.
