in praise of

1. funny, fabulous and ridiculously good-looking friends.
2. fantastic people that i get to work with. i mean, come on, i get paid to work with you? heh. i am one lucky youknowwhat.
3. the ability to laugh at oneself. in myself and others.
4. someone always just doing their best. mediocre is not applauded.
5. brave, brave, BRAVE women i know.
6. friends who deal with four-message long texts from me late at night and can still reply coherently with love, and friends who send those four-message long texts late at night.
7. people who see beyond themselves before they look back.
8. the vulnerable man 😛
9. finding my classic memory card filled with the all-time classic playlist. so, really, im praising my own ability to get this feeling shaken off by a little of what we call traalaaalaaa
10. my daughter. who loves before she looks.
11. eternal hope.
12. the very little number of sleeps til i get some of my urban family home again.
