I’ve often been approached by people who “don’t get Twitter” to help them see the light of the little blue bird, and understand how it all works. I’ve got a nifty little list of online resources to get people going but, my top advice is always – devote a day of your life to explore it, find things and people to follow that intrigue you and enjoy the sometimes frenetic energy of it (especially on a big news day) or savour the Saturday Morning Breakfast Club vibe I love so much on easy weekends.
My friend Fred Felton has put together a helpful little pocket book, entitled 101 Tips for Twitter.
A handy accompaniment for anyone starting out on our favourite social network, Fred’s guidebook highlights succinct tips on how to get started and get the most out of being online!

Sidenote – After seeing Fred and taking a look through this book, I’m feeling a little inspired. There might be a little pocket book out of me too soon. 🙂
