More Information on The Tango Trust

The Tango Trust was formed with the sole purpose of helping abused and feral animals, and maintaining sterilised colonies in the greater Durban area.

On 5 May 2006, the first Durban 031 Artists Against Animal Abuse Benefit gig took place at Burn Nightclub, featuring Durban’s hottest bands – Bhora, The Banx and Low Profile and also launched the first CD, showcasing 19 of Durban’s greatest talents.

The concert and the CD was the first of its kind in the country.

The second benefit took place on 26 May 2008, featuring His Dying Wish, Crossing Point and Bhora, and was a resounding success, and the second CD was launched.

The third Benefit will feature LOW PROFILE, SIBLING RIVALRY and BHORA, at Burn Nightclub on 24 May 2008 and a third CD will be on sale, 100% of proceeds to The Tango Trust.
