a light interlude…

Posted on May 5, 2010

Because. in life, we need to keep laughing so, here’s my giggle for today, compliments of that gorgeous child of mine…

Last night, whilst cooking dinner before we rushed off to the hospital, I overheard Cam talking to someone in the toilet. I’m just going to transcribe the conversation:

Cam: “Now, be a good pooh, please. Wee-wee, you were very good and came out perfectly. Come out now, pooh-pooh, I’m bored of sitting here”

…a few seconds later…

Cam: “ah, good pooh. very good pooh. now, finish so that I can wipe and go play with my blocks”

…a little while later…

Cam: “yes, very good. now, bum-bum, it’s wiping time”

…another short while later, when I hear the flush…

Cam: “bye pooh, be good pooh!”

…and she opens the door, exits the bathroom and says, whilst smiling at me…

Cam: “Mom, I’m so good even my pooh behaves itself”

Cam, mama loves you. I just love you. Thank you for being the brightest star in my sky.
